The information to live longer is not what you're used to reading in the media.  My grandfather did everything this article says, years before it was published and he died September 23rd, 1997 at the age of 80.  He didn't get cancer, heart disease or strokes.  He did smoke a lot for 30 years before 1960, when he quit.  In 1997 his lungs finally caught up with him and he died from Pulmonary Fibrosis.  My grandfather would eat an egg omlet with real butter everyday with hot sauce and it would be well salted.  He would drink coffee and a lot of beer.  I think that he had some liver problems from all the beer, but today they have several non-alcoholic beers.  My grandfather would not drink water, he said it would rust his pipes.  He ate a lot of salt on everything, his burgers would be white on top like they were snow covered.  When he ate salted potato chips, he would put salt on them, also.  He believed salt was important.  The information to live longer believes in drinking distilled water or beer which is distilled, when you're thirsty.  It says that the fluoride in the water actually makes your teeth worse and it is what is in rat poison and pestisides.
